About the role
As an L2 SOC Analyst you will investigate complex security alerts, lead incident responses, and protect clients from cyber threats. You will also mentor junior analysts and help improve detection tools.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate & Respond: handle escalated alerts, perform root‑cause analysis and mitigate security incidents.
- Build & Tune: create and improve SIEM/SOAR use cases and detection rules.
- Threat Hunt: actively search for hidden threats and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
- Mentor & Improve: guide L1 analysts and upgrade SOC processes and security policies.
Required profile
- 4+ years of hands‑on SOC experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GCIH, GCIA, or CISSP.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SOAR tools.
- Packet analysis expertise.
- Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
