Security Assurance Lead Inspector - Emiratisation

About the role

Join the Emirates Group Security team as a Security Assurance Lead Inspector (Emiratisation). You will help maintain the highest security standards across the Emirates Group by planning, executing and reporting on AVSEC audits, inspections and tests at airports and new stations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct audits, inspections and tests in line with the audit calendar and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritise high‑risk stations and those with historically elevated findings, including new start‑up airports.
• Support the Manager‑AVSEC Compliance & Assurance with industry and government audits such as IOSA, ISAGO, GCAA and other regulator requirements.
• Ensure all auditors and inspectors maintain required training and qualifications.
• Develop and implement a total Compliance & Assurance management framework, including an AVSEC Quality Control Program.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions and follow‑up with stations to close findings.

Required profile

• Strong passion for security, risk management and operational excellence.
• Experience in aviation security (AVSEC) compliance, auditing and regulatory oversight.
• Good knowledge of international aviation standards and UAE regulatory bodies.
• Ability to plan, report and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Auditing and inspection techniques.
