Security Compliance Officer

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Security Compliance Officer to strengthen cybersecurity governance, compliance and audit readiness across its large‑scale technology environment in the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with cybersecurity, risk, audit and service delivery teams to ensure that security policies, standards and regulatory requirements are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with established cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and control requirements.
• Perform periodic security control assessments and compliance reviews across technology and cybersecurity environments.
• Assess the effectiveness of implemented controls, identify gaps and drive remediation actions to closure.
• Maintain security compliance registers, control matrices, assessment records and supporting documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance and compliance processes.
• Map internal security controls against ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls and other applicable standards.
• Track changes to relevant cybersecurity requirements and ensure documentation stays current.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in security compliance, control assurance or related cybersecurity governance.
• Proven ability to translate cybersecurity requirements into measurable controls and collect audit evidence.
• Experience working in a complex, multi‑vendor technology environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on remediation tracking.
