Security Manager – Hotel Cluster

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Security Manager to lead the safety and security operations for its POWER CLUSTER of hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on protecting guests, staff, and assets while supporting a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of safety and security across the hotel cluster, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs related to security equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage the security team, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and continuous learning.
• Control departmental budget, monitor costs, and maintain inventory levels.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and incidents, aiming to improve guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
