Security Officer – Complex Security Office

About the role

The Complex Security Office role at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road ensures the safety of guests, employees, and property. You will patrol the hotel, monitor security systems, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a professional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and fire life‑safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and contact EMS as needed.
• Defuse guest or employee disturbances and call for outside assistance when necessary.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and loss‑prevention documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and loss‑prevention records.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Follow all company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
• Provide courteous service to guests, including assistance for individuals with disabilities.
• Demonstrate strong written communication and accurate documentation skills.
• Be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
