Security Shift Leader – Female Area Only

About the role

The Security Shift Leader will uphold Six Senses' vision and values while delivering a safe and exceptional experience for guests, partners and residents. This on‑site position is responsible for leading security operations during a designated shift, primarily within the female‑only area of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in coordinating all security personnel and outsourced guards.
• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the resort and inspect security posts for full coverage.
• Represent the Security Manager on shift, handling emergencies in line with resort policy.
• Review and verify end‑of‑shift security reports, log unusual incidents and conduct preliminary investigations.
• Ensure fire and life‑safety equipment is within expiry limits and perform random bag inspections of hosts, vendors and suppliers.
• Enforce resort policies, asset‑removal procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest and partner data.
• Maintain personal appearance standards and ensure all department equipment is clean and functional.
• Upsell resort facilities and attend required meetings and training.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in security operations within a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with LQA standards and resort‑specific security policies.
• Ability to lead and coordinate uniformed and outsourced security staff.
