Security Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day security operations. You will ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property while maintaining the high standards of a 5‑star luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control movement of associates, visitors, and contractors through staff entrances.
• Record and secure visitors’ belongings entering and leaving the premises.
• Prevent unauthorized access to hotel floors and back‑of‑house areas.
• Patrol assigned areas to guarantee guest safety and comfort.
• Assist in training staff on emergency procedures and coordinate with local law enforcement when required.
• Oversee Security Officers and Guards, ensuring performance meets expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 5‑star luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong English language skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
• Holding a Sira Security License is a plus.
