Security Supervisor – TRV

About the role

The Security Supervisor – TRV will oversee daily security operations at Air Arabia’s station, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth workflow across check‑in, baggage, and ramp areas. The role combines technical expertise with investigative skills to protect passengers, crew, and aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Airport Manager in monitoring operational and security functions.
• Verify access credentials and control entry to restricted zones using metal detectors and manual searches.
• Conduct X‑ray and explosive trace inspections of passenger belongings and cargo.
• Monitor handling agents for compliance with Air Arabia security policies and local regulations.
• Report all security incidents to the Airport Manager and head office, completing required documentation.
• Coordinate response to AOG, emergencies, technical delays, and service recovery situations.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in airport security or related fields.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Strong knowledge of aviation security standards and dangerous‑goods regulations.
