Security Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

The Security Supervisor (UAE National) is responsible for safeguarding property and ensuring a safe working environment across Emaar Hospitality Group assets. This role oversees daily security operations, manages outsourced security personnel, and coordinates all physical security activities during the assigned shift.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and monitor the performance of outsourced security staff.
• Evaluate security requirements, prioritize tasks, and organize work assignments.
• Conduct investigations, inspections, and incident management in line with safety standards.
• Perform operational threat and risk assessments and ensure compliance with service and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain a secure environment for guests and property.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry or as a security guard, with UAE experience.
• At least 2 months of documented formal security training or 5 years of comparable experience in another country, including military or law‑enforcement background.
• Completion of secondary education (12 years) with a valid certificate.
