Security Testing Engineer (Penetration Testing)

About the role

A leading fintech organization, where security is embedded in every stage of application development, is looking for an experienced Security Testing Engineer based in Abu Dhabi. The role centres on application penetration testing and modern application security practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform security assessments of web, mobile and API-based applications
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability validation
• Review source code and application architecture for security weaknesses
• Support secure development and DevSecOps practices
• Work with engineering teams to remediate security risks
• Assess containerized and cloud-native application environments

Required profile

• UAE national / Emirati
• 5-6 years of hands-on application security testing experience
• Professional certification such as OSCP, CRTOP, CCPT or CMWAPT
• Bonus points: fintech or banking experience, UAE regulatory exposure, AI/LLM security assessment experience
