Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Sales

About the role

Papaya Global, a B2B technology company offering a platform for global payroll, EOR and payments, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join its Sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying and closing new business with enterprise and mid-sized international companies, selling a platform that simplifies global payroll, payments and workforce management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business with mid-market and enterprise global organisations and post-IPO companies, and identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, using AI-powered sales and research tools.
• Deliver tailored demos and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams on handovers to service delivery.
• Understand client challenges around global payroll, compliance and international HR operations and recommend solutions that show value and ROI.
• Work with Sales, Product and Operations teams and share field insights to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing full sales cycles in payroll, HCM, HR technology, EOR or workforce management.
• Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients, including multi-stakeholder and international cycles.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP or adjacent HR technology ecosystems.
• Experience engaging senior HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement stakeholders in multinational organisations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; appreciation for a global, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, Slack or MS Teams.
• Exposure to international expansion and workforce management trends.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills (Word, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
