Senior Account Executive – PR (Cross Practice)

About the role

Burson UAE is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join its PR teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will shape and execute high‑impact communication strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors such as corporate, technology, mobility, health and government.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture strong client relationships, providing regular updates and performance reports.
• Drive proactive media‑relations efforts, building journalist relationships and securing high‑impact coverage.
• Develop insightful reports by analysing campaign performance, media coverage and social data.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies and campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their growth.
• Monitor industry news and client sectors to identify trends and story opportunities.
• Oversee daily account operations, ensuring smooth execution of PR activities and adherence to timelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a PR agency.
