Senior Account Executive – Turkey (Startups)

About the role

Cloudflare is looking for a highly accomplished Senior Account Executive to join its Digital Natives team in Dubai. You will drive significant growth by leading end‑to‑end sales cycles for enterprise‑level clients and acquiring new logos in the Turkish market, focusing on startups and digital‑native companies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi‑million‑dollar sales targets, emphasizing new‑business acquisition and expansion.
• Lead proactive pipeline management, deliver accurate forecasts, and provide strategic guidance to sales leadership.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ IT architectures and map them to Cloudflare Reference Architectures for platform sales.
• Orchestrate multiple complex engagements across business units, influencing technical executives and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Lead virtual teams of specialists, product managers, deal desk, and legal to close complex opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• 8+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions in a B2B enterprise model, consistently exceeding multi‑million‑dollar quotas.
• Proven ability to lead virtual cross‑functional teams and close large, complex deals.
