Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will lead sales activities for existing channel partners and key accounts/EPCs, acting as the primary customer interface for Honeywell in Abu Dhabi. You will drive new business growth, nurture long‑term relationships, and convey Honeywell’s value proposition across the process industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at channel partners and EPC customers.
• Engage early in the buying cycle to diagnose needs and tailor automation solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day account activities, strategic planning, and monthly performance targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and create value‑based proposals in collaboration with estimation, sourcing and marketing teams.
• Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and cross‑functional resource coordination.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of business development experience selling to large Oil & Gas customers, EPCs or channel partners.
• Proven track record closing deals above $250K.
• At least 3 years selling system automation solutions in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
