Senior Accountant (Bilingual)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Senior Accountant (Bilingual) to join its headquarters team and support the organization’s financial operations. As the leading education group in Abu Dhabi, the role will oversee key financial functions across the school network, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient cash management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit the school’s annual budget and periodic forecasts to HQ finance.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate GL entries and timely collections.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, processing supplier invoices and maintaining vendor reconciliations.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations, issue receipts, and support monthly closing activities.
• Review monthly MIS reports with the Principal and monitor KPI performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting; professional certifications (CPA, CA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in education or service‑oriented industries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle accounting software.
• Proficiency with SAP accounting software.
