Senior Accountant

About the role

Infinix Innovations is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead its financial operations in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage the end‑to‑end accounting cycle, support budgeting, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier payments and schedule them around cash flow.
• Handle client invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and basic financial reports.
• Track cash flow, reconcile petty cash, and manage day‑to‑day office expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain a fixed‑asset register.
• Support payroll processing and cross‑border salary disbursements (UAE–KSA).
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax rules and coordinate with external auditors.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with UAE (and preferably KSA) tax regulations.
• Comfortable using accounting software such as Zoho Books or Odoo.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash and petty‑cash processes.
• Ability to work independently.
