Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with experience in facilities or property management. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial activities and reporting across multiple projects, support procurement and commercial processes, and manage both on‑shore and off‑shore accounting resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end closing, prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections, and track project margins.
• Oversee client invoicing, accounts receivable, collections and vendor payments, including payroll and petty cash.
• Review vendor contracts, purchase orders, goods receipt and invoice records to ensure compliance with delegation of authority.
• Support procurement activities, commercial evaluations, contract amendments and payment applications.
• Prepare client budgets, monthly and annual project financial reports and coordinate payment approvals through systems such as Tririga.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, internal control and ISO audit requirements.
• Lead on‑shore and off‑shore accounting teams and contribute to ERP migration and process improvements.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (essential).
• Proven experience in facilities management or property management.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and project accounting.
• Ability to manage accounting resources and collaborate with operational, procurement and client teams.

Required skills

• ERP migration experience.
• Working knowledge of Tririga (or similar ERP/CMMS systems).
