Senior Accountant – Reconciliation & Finance Transformation

About the role

Entrust Global Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a 3‑4 month contractual assignment in Dubai. The role focuses on end‑to‑end reconciliations, audit of transactional data, and driving finance transformation through automation and standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reconciliations across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, clearing, control and accrual accounts.
• Build and maintain management dashboards, KPI trackers and executive reconciliation summaries.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Cash Application, GL and business teams to investigate and resolve complex mismatches.
• Analyse existing financial close processes and recommend automation and standardised reporting procedures.
• Utilise analytical software tools to efficiently process high‑volume transaction sets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience managing complex financial close and reconciliation workflows.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls and root‑cause investigation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP or Yardi.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven analytical tools.
