Senior Administrative Officer (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Senior Administrative Officer will support the Head of Section in overseeing data quality audits and ensuring compliance with UAE information‑governance policies. The role focuses on maintaining high‑quality health data for reporting and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Section with all aspects of data quality audits, including process preparation and communication with entities.
• Prepare and develop audit procedures, respond to enquiries and ensure clear documentation.
• Maintain a high level of data quality through rigorous analysis, regular data maintenance activities and reporting.
• Work with internal customers, external entities and vendors to resolve data issues promptly.
• Ensure that entities produce health data and services in line with UAE laws and company information‑governance standards.
• Support the health data governance team in delivering annual key performance indicators and work programmes.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Section.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Health Data Science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare or hospital health‑data management.
• UAE national (Arab nationality) as stipulated by the posting.
