About the role
The Admissions unit is looking for a Senior Admissions Officer to support the end‑to‑end admissions process. You will ensure a responsive, accurate, and timely experience for applicants while aligning with university policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing admissions strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Support outreach and marketing activities to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
- Respond to applicant inquiries, guide them through the admissions cycle, and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain application systems and portals (e.g., Common App), enter data, monitor functionality, and report technical issues.
- Verify applicant documents, transcripts, test scores, and credential evaluations.
- Prepare immigration documents and ensure compliance with visa regulations for international admissions.
- Gather programme‑specific criteria and apply them accurately during admissions.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate communications with successful candidates.
- Compile admissions data, generate reports, and assist with basic data analysis.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as requested by the Direct Supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in admissions or a related field.
