Senior Admissions Officer

About the role

The Admissions unit is looking for a Senior Admissions Officer to support the end‑to‑end admissions process. You will ensure a responsive, accurate, and timely experience for applicants while aligning with university policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing admissions strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Support outreach and marketing activities to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
• Respond to applicant inquiries, guide them through the admissions cycle, and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain application systems and portals (e.g., Common App), enter data, monitor functionality, and report technical issues.
• Verify applicant documents, transcripts, test scores, and credential evaluations.
• Prepare immigration documents and ensure compliance with visa regulations for international admissions.
• Gather programme‑specific criteria and apply them accurately during admissions.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate communications with successful candidates.
• Compile admissions data, generate reports, and assist with basic data analysis.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as requested by the Direct Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in admissions or a related field.
