Senior AI Builder – AI Agents & Automation Lead

About the role

A high‑leverage hire: one strong builder delivering the output of an entire team. You will own AI across the business – support, content, acquisition, operations – turning vague problems into production‑ready systems. You report directly to the founder and receive resources to match expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a near‑autonomous Intercom agent that reads the full knowledge base, resolves tickets in multiple languages, and escalates with context.
• Develop a content engine that generates, tests, and iterates ad creatives, landing copy, social and Reddit posts, and video at the scale of a full content team.
• Create data‑driven acquisition agents that monitor WooCommerce and Meta spend, track CPA and ROAS per country in real time, and deliver daily decision briefs.
• Implement permanent competitive‑intelligence monitoring of other prop firms with daily digests of pricing, rules, promos, and payout changes.
• Produce custom internal software using Claude Code, including plugins, internal apps, scrapers, and dashboards without a dedicated dev team.
• Design multi‑agent orchestration systems that plan, delegate to sub‑agents, self‑correct, and operate 24/7 with memory and self‑improving skills.

Required profile

• Daily, advanced use of Claude (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, API) – casual ChatGPT use is insufficient.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and running AI agents in production (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, custom builds).
• Ability to ship real software: read, write, and debug Python and JavaScript independently.
• Deep knowledge of current model landscape (Claude Opus 4.8, Fable 5, GPT‑5.5, Gemini 3, Qwen) and weekly release tracking.
• Expertise in end‑to‑end automations using n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks, scraping, MCP.
• Hands‑on experience with top AI image and video generation models (Nano Banana Pro, FLUX.2, GPT Image 2, Ideogram, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Runway).
• Strong operational mindset to manage hallucinations, cost control, edge cases, and long‑term reliability.
• Fluent English and a portfolio of real, shipped, running systems.
