Senior Analyst – Capital Development & Equity

About the role

Join a leading Dubai-based organization as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance & Treasury department, playing a central role in investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess new investment opportunities from initial screening through due diligence.
• Build financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare investment decks for senior management.
• Help structure and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with consultants, partners and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• National with a Dubai-issued passport and Family Book.
• National Service completed.
• 2.5+ years of experience in valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance or investment analysis.
• Background at Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or in real estate, investment or consultancy firms.

Required skills

• Strong DCF and financial modelling skills.
• Progress towards CFA qualification is a plus.
