Senior Analyst – Corporate & Structured Finance

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Senior Analyst to support corporate and structured finance activities. The role involves advanced financial analysis, modelling, and coordination across a range of financing initiatives to drive data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate debt and equity funding options and perform scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Construct and update cash‑flow forecasts at multiple organizational levels, monitor cash positions and recommend actions to optimise liquidity.
• Design and maintain business‑plan models to assess new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring clear data visualisation and compliance with reporting standards.
• Support the Specialist and leadership in executing complex financing transactions and achieving business objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in corporate and structured finance, including financial modelling and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
