Senior Analyst – Finance

About the role

The Senior Analyst – Finance will lead regulatory reporting for RAKBANK, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to the CBUAE and other authorities. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, regulators, and technology teams to drive reporting efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly and annual regulatory returns to the CBUAE.
• Manage regulatory reporting for RAKBANK subsidiaries, including Protégo and RAK FS.
• Review financial, MIS and performance analysis reports from various finance stakeholders.
• Support management with financial reporting, analysis and ad‑hoc reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regulators and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Drive reporting efficiency through automation, data extraction, validation and process improvement using Power BI and advanced Excel.

Required profile

• UAE National (with Family Book).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting or Financial Analysis.
• Understanding of banking regulations, accounting principles, financial reporting and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting automation.
• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
