Senior Analyst – Information Security & Governance

About the role

The Senior Analyst – Information Security & Governance will lead the development and execution of the organisation’s security strategy, protecting critical health data across the telemedicine platform. Reporting to the CISO, the role combines strategic planning, hands‑on technical design and mentorship of junior security staff.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the information security roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in‑depth risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to mitigate complex threats.
• Oversee the full incident response lifecycle, including detection, containment, eradication and post‑incident review.
• Design and embed advanced security architectures into new and existing IT systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIST, and lead internal and external audits.
• Assess and manage security posture of third‑party vendors and partners.
• Lead threat‑intelligence activities to anticipate emerging cyber risks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in information security within a large, regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead security projects and mentor junior staff.
• Strong understanding of global security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
