About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team. The role focuses on pricing and marketing analytics, supporting data‑driven decisions across search, display and modelling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures on platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
Test, analyse and optimise display campaigns on social channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Analyse large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
2+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
Fluent English communication skills.
