Senior Analyst – Vendor Onboarding & Performance

About the role

Manage and coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding activities across approved systems and workflows. Ensure supplier documentation is accurate, complete and compliant while supporting sanctions screening, UBO verification and other due‑diligence activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate supplier documentation, approvals and workflow records for accuracy and compliance.
• Support sanctions screening, UBO identification, AECB checks and third‑party due‑diligence in line with bank policies.
• Maintain vendor master data, monitor document expirations and keep records audit‑ready.
• Coordinate vendor performance review cycles, prepare scorecards, track KPIs and collect stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare management reports, MIS dashboards and governance packs covering onboarding metrics, performance trends and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with procurement, compliance, finance and offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk Management or related field.
• UAE national with a Family Book.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, third‑party risk or compliance within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of vendor onboarding, supplier governance, performance management and regulatory expectations in the UAE.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
