About the role
Lazard is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate for its newly opened Abu Dhabi office to deliver best‑in‑class M&A advisory across the UAE and the Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Origination: prepare pitch materials, monitor investors and market dynamics.
- Execution: prepare process documents, manage the transaction process, build analyses and financial models.
- Coverage: conduct in‑depth research and prepare sector and company papers.
Required profile
- Top‑tier business or engineering school graduate.
- Prior experience in mergers & acquisitions.
- Ability to produce and present technical written materials and client pitches.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects.
- Regional or UAE experience required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Office Suite.
- Experience using Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic.
