Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead fast‑track architectural projects from concept through detailed design to the tender stage. The role focuses on high‑rise residential and commercial developments in the United Arab Emirates, requiring strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fast‑track projects from concept to detailed design and tender preparation.
• Develop fully coordinated design packages, ensuring technical and aesthetic quality.
• Lead BIM coordination using Revit and AutoCAD across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, DM, DDA, and Civil Defence regulations.
• Work closely with authorities to secure approvals and permits.
• Maintain design schedules and deliverables within tight programme constraints.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years working in the UAE.
• Proven track record delivering residential and commercial high‑rise projects.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑track environments and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
