Senior Art Director – MENA Brand Innovation Lab

About the role

Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab is seeking a senior‑level Art Director to lead the creation of unique, data‑driven campaigns for brands across the MENA region. You will collaborate with sales, solutions, production, and engineering teams to deliver compelling experiences on Amazon platforms such as Prime Video, Alexa, and Twitch.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and execute innovative advertising campaigns and interactive experiences for global brands.
• Partner with designers, developers, strategists and business leads to translate brief requirements into customer‑focused solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from ideation through launch, managing client relationships and internal coordination.
• Leverage AI tools, data insights and emerging technologies to craft high‑impact visual and interactive assets.
• Produce a range of deliverables including video content, UI designs for voice and screen, interaction models, prototypes and interactive ads.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in art direction or creative leadership within advertising or brand innovation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing award‑winning, multi‑channel campaigns that solve customer and advertiser challenges.
• Excellent conceptual, storytelling and presentation abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and collaborate across diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑driven creative tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Competence in PowerPoint, Figma and Webflow (or willingness to learn).
• Understanding of UX design principles and interactive media production.
