Senior Art Director - MENA Brand Innovation Lab

About the role

Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab, part of the Ads Innovation team, is looking for a hands-on Creative (Art Director) to conceptualise and create original campaigns for a wide range of brands across MENA. The role partners with Sales leads, Solutions Managers, Producers and Design Technology and Engineering teams to deliver first-class customer experiences online and offline, using the Amazon canvas (Prime Video, Alexa, Twitch, etc.). It covers partnerships and sponsorships, from ideation through launch, and requires both concept and execution strength.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands
• Partner with designers, program managers, developers, strategists, business leads and producers to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Lead campaigns independently from brief to execution, collaborating with internal teams, clients and external agency partners
• Present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies and internally
• Review edits and work in progress with partners, responding to feedback to meet high creative standards
• Manage multiple projects within budget and deadlines

Required profile

• Experience driving creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team
• Ability to communicate and present to customers, stakeholders and teammates
• Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social media
• Strong conceptual, presentation, storytelling and time management skills, with insight-driven, strategic thinking and attention to detail
• Portfolio featuring award-winning campaigns across video, social, digital activations and outdoor media

Required skills

• In-depth understanding of AI tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Figma; interest in learning Webflow
• UX design understanding
• Preferred: InDesign, Keynote, and experience leading creative from concept to delivery
