Senior Art Director – Social & Digital Design

About the role

The client is an independent creative agency in Dubai that partners with luxury, lifestyle, real‑estate, hospitality and F&B brands. They are seeking a hands‑on Senior Art Director to lead art direction for social media and digital campaigns, from concept through production to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, moodboards, storyboards and visual directions for social media, digital campaigns and brand activations.
• Design social assets, carousel, motion and video formats, and oversee post‑production including retouching, editing and colour grading.
• Plan and art‑direct photo and video shoots, collaborating with photographers, videographers, stylists and production partners.
• Maintain visual quality and brand consistency across multiple accounts while managing projects from brief to delivery in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency, design studio or content‑led environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concepts, design and art direction for social and digital content.
• Experience directing photo and video production from pre‑ to post‑production.
• Understanding of premium brand sectors such as luxury, real‑estate, hospitality or F&B is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with motion design, video editing and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Ability to move between concept development and hands‑on design execution.
