Senior Associate – AI Workforce Transformation (Dubai)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in AI Workforce Transformation, you will lead the adoption of AI tools and agents across PwC Middle East, turning strategic intent into measurable impact and embedding AI into everyday work practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own the adoption strategy for firm‑wide AI tools and agents, setting direction, priorities and targets.
• Define KPIs, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics to measure AI usage and guide adoption efforts.
• Run surveys, time‑and‑value studies and benefit analyses to demonstrate ROI and present findings to senior leadership.
• Lead the AI champions network, shaping strategy, curating playbooks and steering focus areas.
• Design and deliver adoption interventions such as onboarding journeys, use‑case clinics and targeted campaigns.
• Partner with line‑of‑service leads to embed AI tools into daily rituals, templates and processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in AI/digital adoption, enablement or transformation, preferably in professional services or a large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate or change‑management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and adoption metrics in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Strong data‑analysis capability, including KPI definition and ROI modelling; familiarity with SQL.
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools and AI adoption measurement.
