Senior Associate – Content & Multimedia (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Senior Associate – Content & Multimedia will own the end‑to‑end creation of high‑quality video, photo, audio and motion graphics for the CX Community Engagement team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will support executive visits, corporate events and social media channels across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit video and photography for executive visits, leadership engagements and stakeholder interactions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
• Conceptualise, script and produce content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal platforms and event highlights.
• Produce and edit podcast episodes, short‑form features and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling pieces.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects that reinforce brand identity.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to improve production efficiency while maintaining creative control.
• Manage the full production workflow, from pre‑production briefs and shot lists to post‑production delivery.
• Collaborate with the Community Engagement team on storyboarding, creative direction and content scheduling.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• UAE national (UAE National Only).
• Minimum 24 months of professional experience in video production, photography or multimedia content creation.
• Ability to travel on short notice within the UAE and work under tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with senior leadership and VIPs.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion and cultural awareness.
