Senior Associate – Data Analyst

About the role

The Senior Associate, Data Analyst will support the Sales Operations team by turning business data into actionable insights. You will analyse sales, collections, broker performance and customer transactions to guide decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales, collections, broker activity and customer data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and presentations that highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor metrics such as sales conversion, collections, defaulters and broker performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM systems and address data gaps.
• Support forecasting, performance tracking and periodic reporting for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and CRM teams to validate data and ensure alignment.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and documentation of data standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and basic modelling.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to create clear, structured presentations using PowerPoint.
• Understanding of sales cycles, collections tracking and performance metrics.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and highly organised.
