Senior Associate – E‑Tailers Beauty (GCC)

About the role

The Senior Associate – E‑Tailers Beauty (GCC) will own the commercial and operational performance of Chalhoub Group’s beauty portfolio across leading Gulf e‑commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon and Namshi. Reporting to the regional e‑commerce lead, the role is responsible for driving online sales growth, brand visibility and profitability while ensuring flawless execution of launches, promotions and digital activations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end commercial relationship with assigned marketplaces, including account planning, trading terms, promotions and escalation handling.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against budget and forecast by brand, SKU and platform.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, assortment and stock status; resolve daily store execution issues.
• Optimize content on product pages – titles, descriptions, images, keywords and claims – to ensure brand consistency and trade readiness.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market activity, protect brand positioning and flag violations.
• Coordinate inventory and supply‑chain inputs to guarantee product availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce account management or marketplace sales within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
