Senior Associate TA Sourcing

About the role

EDGE, an advanced technology group headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and based in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Senior Associate TA Sourcing. The role delivers high-quality sourcing outcomes across priority roles, balancing research-driven talent sourcing with scalable volume delivery. It covers sourcing across multiple channels, the execution of P1 and P2 sourcing mandates, and participation in both BAU and scale-up initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end sourcing for P1 and escalated P2 roles.
• Source talent through multiple channels, talent pools and pipelines, including referrals.
• Participate in sourcing initiatives that improve quality, speed or pipeline health.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis and deliver talent intelligence and insights.
• Deliver scalable outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate ATS and sourcing tool hygiene.
• Analyse sourcing metrics and optimise performance.
• Partner closely with the Lead and Senior Sourcer, Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Required profile

• Experience in technical, technology or specialist talent sourcing.
• Research methods, skills and experience.
• Experience delivering against Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Recruiting SLAs and quality metrics.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree, appreciation for research-driven sourcing, white-glove sourcing, proactive pipeline building, and comfort analysing sourcing funnel metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Prompt engineering and Boolean knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools preferred.
