Senior Associate – Tax Practice Hub

About the role

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the efficient, commercial, and scalable execution of corporate and tax engagements by coordinating workflows, managing delivery processes, and ensuring alignment between technical teams, client needs, and internal stakeholders. The Senior Associate plays a key role in delivering operational excellence and supporting the International Business Leader in managing cross‑border proposals and multinational engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of engagements, managing timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across the firm.
• Support project tracking and resource planning, proactively identifying bottlenecks and facilitating resolution.
• Assist with engagement budgeting, WIP tracking, billing coordination, and monitor profitability and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, operations, and client‑service stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross‑border proposals by gathering inputs, aligning timelines, and compiling deliverables.
• Develop engagement templates, reporting dashboards, and best‑practice tools.
• Prepare internal progress reports on engagement status, delivery metrics, and client feedback.
• Manage non‑technical client communication, set expectations, and ensure service quality.
• Guide junior team members to support their development and maintain high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or delivery support within a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of professional services delivery models, especially in tax or consulting environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical thinking, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
