Senior Auditor, IT (Industrial Digital)

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Auditor specialized in IT and Industrial Digital technologies to lead audit engagements focused on AI and emerging technology assurance. The role involves end‑to‑end audit execution, risk assessment, and the development of AI governance frameworks across ADNOC and its group companies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close audit engagements covering AI, machine learning, and emerging technology risks.
• Develop and maintain the AI & Emerging Technology audit universe and ensure comprehensive coverage of AI governance, third‑party dependencies, and cyber‑security controls.
• Design and implement the Industrial AI Assurance Plan aligned with ADNOC’s AI strategy and technology road‑maps.
• Coordinate with Asset Group Companies (AGCs) to verify audit coverage and integrate AI risk objectives into their audit plans.
• Provide business and technology insights on AI trends, risk exposures, and control effectiveness.
• Prepare periodic reports on AI assurance activities, risk exposures, and governance issues for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT audit, AI governance, and emerging technology risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle controls, regulatory compliance, and cyber‑security frameworks.
• Ability to act as a subject‑matter expert for AI‑related risk and control concepts.
