Senior Backend Engineer

About the role

Analog is building the next generation of physical intelligence, creating adaptive cities and resilient industries. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and deliver high‑performance backend services that power our living‑world models and the Analog Neural Agent, Ana.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Implement cloud‑to‑edge architectures and manage data transfer across diverse network protocols.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Apply best practices in agile development, continuous integration, and test‑driven development.
• Maintain and improve existing services, ensuring reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing large‑scale, production‑grade services.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
