Senior Business Consultant – Business Setup

About the role

The Senior Business Consultant will lead end‑to‑end company formation projects across the UAE, covering mainland, free zones and financial zones. You will act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, ensuring each entity is incorporated efficiently, compliantly and in line with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on UAE entity registration frameworks and select appropriate jurisdictions.
• Manage the full set‑up lifecycle from structuring advice, documentation, licensing, immigration and bank account opening.
• Coordinate with authorities such as DET, ADDED, DMCC, IFZA, JAFZA, ADGM and DIFC.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impacts and recommend actions.
• Handle immigration applications, KYC/AML compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience with a UAE corporate services provider.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven client‑facing and account management experience.
• Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities.
• Team‑lead or mentoring experience is an advantage.
