Senior Business Developer – Remote

About the role

KWALY AGENCY is seeking a Senior Business Developer to leverage an existing network of contacts and generate new client acquisition from day one. The role is fully remote, offering full autonomy over schedule and work organization while collaborating with marketing and operations teams to tailor proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand an existing network of decision‑makers to secure new business.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across the agency and digital sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations for each prospect.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B business development experience.
• Active network of potential clients ready for immediate activation.
• Proven track record of closed deals and revenue generation.
• Self‑driven, organized, and results‑oriented.
• Professional proficiency in French and a good level of English.
• Experience in agency or digital environments is strongly preferred.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of 6,000 AED per month plus 10 % commission on each signed deal.
