Senior Business Development Associate – Dubai

About the role

Carrier is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate to drive growth in the UAE market. You will build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, positioning Carrier as a trusted partner for intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement key account strategies and achieve assigned business development and sales KPIs.
• Identify, research and qualify prospective customers through market research, networking and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, bids and commercial responses, and participate in negotiations.
• Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities, updating CRM data accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent; MBA or business qualification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management or sales, preferably within the UAE market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) and hold a valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of the HVAC, climate or energy solutions sector is advantageous.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business applications.
• Understanding of HVAC and related climate solutions.
