Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in Payroll and HR Services / HR Consulting to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Payroll, HR Consulting, EOR and related HR services.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Owners, Finance Leaders, and decision‑makers.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and propose suitable HR/payroll solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive opportunities through to closure.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.
• Develop long‑term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and developments in the UAE HR services market.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of proven business development experience, preferably within Payroll, HR Services, HR Consulting, EOR, or related professional services.
• Strong understanding of payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, EOR/PEO, and HR consulting services.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with senior decision‑makers and managing the complete sales cycle.
• UAE market experience and an existing professional network will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated consistent achievement of sales targets (preferred).
