Senior Business Development Manager – Corporate

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager – Corporate will lead the growth of the corporate segment for Shangri‑La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for expanding the hotel’s corporate portfolio, driving room‑night revenue and building strategic partnerships with multinational companies and travel management firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage corporate accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision‑makers, travel managers and procurement teams.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and commercial agreements in line with hotel policies.
• Generate new business through proactive sales activities, networking and market engagement.
• Monitor performance, market trends and competitor activity across the UAE and region.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and account plans; represent the hotel at corporate events and industry forums.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise opportunities and guest satisfaction.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow long‑term partnerships and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market and hospitality sales environment.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience managing corporate contracts, RFPs and long‑term commercial partnerships.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a results‑driven mindset.
