Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding global brokerage firm in Dubai. You will drive growth across institutional clients, brokers and strategic partners, leveraging our advanced trading solutions in Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, liquidity providers and technology partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual growth.
• Design pricing strategies and lead sales efforts to exceed revenue goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Forex regulatory requirements and work with compliance teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performance business development team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience in the Forex industry.
• Existing portfolio of APAC clients, introducing brokers or affiliates.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading and related technologies.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
