Senior Business Excellence Consultant – Abu Dhabi Government Project

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Excellence Consultant to support a major Abu Dhabi government project. The consultant will guide a leading government organisation through an award‑readiness journey aligned with the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance (ADAEP) and related frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EFQM assessments and provide evidence validation against UAE government excellence frameworks.
• Conduct gap analysis, organisational diagnostics and develop improvement roadmaps and corrective action plans.
• Facilitate mock assessments, readiness reviews and prepare CEOs and senior leadership for interviews.
• Write award applications, develop evidence packages and support submission preparation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading excellence and award‑readiness engagements within UAE government entities.
• EFQM Certified Assessor credential or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, challenge and advise organisations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English preferred.
