About the role

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑qualify and onboard reliable suppliers in line with our Procurement Policy.
• Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, and prepare price comparisons for approval.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost‑effective deals without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
• Review quotation terms (payment, delivery, warranty, after‑sales service, insurance) to ensure they meet company and client requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with site Property Managers.
• Source cost‑effective alternatives that meet client standards.
• Evaluate vendor performance and share feedback with the Assistant Purchase Manager.
• Support the Procurement Manager with ERP updates and changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on procurement experience.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market.
• Experience with the purchasing module of an ERP system.
