Our Senior Buying Manager will lead our luxury buying strategy, shape our brand portfolio, and drive commercial success across both retail and eCommerce. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building relationships with the world's leading luxury brands, spotting opportunities ahead of the market, and inspiring high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will be to:</p><ul dir="ltr"><li><p dir="ltr">Develop and execute the buying strategy across luxury footwear and accessories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Lead seasonal buying, assortment planning, OTB management, and product lifecycle decisions to maximize sales, margin, and profitability.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Build and strengthen relationships with international luxury brands, negotiating commercial terms and creating long-term strategic partnerships.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Represent Level Shoes with confidence, engaging with CEOs, Brand Directors, and senior stakeholders across the luxury industry.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Continuously identify market trends, new brands, and commercial opportunities to keep the assortment relevant and differentiated.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and results.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Monitor brand performance and make strategic decisions around growth opportunities, assortment optimization, and portfolio evolution.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>What you’ll need to succeed</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul dir="ltr"><li><p dir="ltr">Significant buying leadership experience within a luxury retail environment.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Experience buying for footwear and/or accessories within a multi-brand luxury retailer or luxury department store.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Experience managing both retail stores and eCommerce buying strategies.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Strong commercial acumen with ownership of OTB, margins, financial performance, and category strategy.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Existing relationships with international luxury brands and the ability to influence senior stakeholders from day one.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with senior executive stakeholders</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Proven experience leading and developing buying teams.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Strong understanding of luxury consumers, fashion trends, and the GCC retail landscape.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr">Experience within Men's buying is highly desirable.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>What we can offer you</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">With us,&nbsp;you will turn your aspirations into reality.&nbsp; We will help shape your journey through enriching experiences, learning and development opportunities and exposure to different assignments within your role or through internal mobility.
